Not specifically, though the classified section on blindbargains.com (which also has an email feature), may be somewhat close to what you're friend is looking for.

Thanks, Scott. I did tell him about blind bargains, and he signed up for their announcements.

I know this is an extremely old post, but I am curious, as well, if anyone knows of such a list. If one doesn't exist, then someone with the necessary expertese should really consider starting one up. Many people have technology, some new and some old, that they would like to sell. Ebay is a great place, but I think it makes more sense to sell blind tech directly to the blind community. It would also give those of us looking for older tech a central place in which we could browse and post want ads!

A lot post on here, but its not as if there's a way to delete what already sold, since its a message board and not an Ebay type site.

there used to be mailing lists such as BST blind sell trade, and blindad. Do a google search and see if either of those still exist.

I'm on both of them. They exist.

Okay, here's a deal for you all. I have a Braille Plus, in like-new condition that I really don't want anymore. It comes with the AC adapter, the battery, the interface cable, and that's it. Works fine. I want a MacBook Pro in exchange.
Nathan. Let me know what you have!

There are two lists I know of that do a lot of accessible technoloogy selling and swapping. Blindattic@blindtreasures.com and freeenterprise@yahoogroups.com
You'd have to subscribe to both lists before posting your things to sell or trade

Also BlindBargains.com has classifieds like Craigslist for the blind.
Why fill up your inbox when you can just go look online when you want, or post your own ads.

I've subscribed to the Blind Treasures one and got my first e-mail today. I was hoping they had older things, but they seem to sell mostly new things. Still, I've seen archives with older products, so I'll keep an eye out for them. They also require you to either call or e-mail your information to them, instead of just buying from a site. I would probably call or use Paypal, as I am not at all comfortable with the idea of sending my credit card information via e-mail. On the positive side, they really do have discounts! I need to locate the Free Enterprise list on Yahoo Groups. I tried sending an empty mail to freenterprise-subscribe@yahoogroups.com, as this is usually how you subscribe to their groups, but I didn't get either an error or a welcome message. So I'm not sure what's going on there. I couldn't find BST or Blindad at all. I found pages which mentioned them, but no e-mails or good subscription information was given. For most lists on those sites, they had a link that you'd click to send an e-mail, but I use GMail, so can't do it that way.
